Cancellation policy
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours before the tour starts will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the tour commencement will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
In addition to the charges levied by Zest Tours, New Zealand Hotel Link will charge a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of $20 and a maximum of $50.
